Next Games are a mobile game studio based in Finland that create compelling fans-first interactive experiences by combining the stories of well-known movies and shows with interesting game mechanics. Their products and games are amazing and Next Games needed a new look and feel to help portray the exciting innovative and enjoyable games they produce.
The love for what Next Games do was apparent the moment I met them, and I knew their website needed to reflect the genuine passion they have towards their company.
We decided to design the whole website mobile first, with a very reduced grid, larger text styles and bold icons to mirror the mobile products and games Next Games produce.
Final notes
The project was hugely successful. The rebrand and website made such an impact that Netflix ended up buying the company! This was mainly down to the fantastic work that Next Games (Now known as Next Games a Netflix Game Studio) do, but our work managed to help them feel like a valuable and profitable company worth buying.
